Elomi Caitlyn is my Favorite Bra! A pretty, well made bra that allows big busted women to be sexy & supported
I understand that what makes a bra one’s favorite is somewhat a matter of personal preference. I like underwire bras but others can’t stand them. The Elomi brand only makes bras for big busted women. Instead of taking a bra and just making it bigger, Elomi bras are designed to meet the needs of large breasted women.The Caitlyn is my favorite bra for several reason. Firstly, it gives excellent lift and support. The secret is that the cup is divided by several seams that lift, shape and support the breast without being irritating or itchy. You don’t feel the seams at all. Secondly, the top of the bra’s cup is so well made that your breasts never pop out of the top. I believe it’s a kind of reinforced seam that keeps your breasts in the bra. Thirdly, the straps are the perfect width and are easy to adjust and do not slip or lengthen during the day. Fourthly, the bra’s excellent construction distributes the weight of your breasts so that the straps never dig into your shoulders! The even distribution of weight provides a unique comfort. You don’t feel like you are wearing a bra at all.Did I mention that the bra is also very pretty? The lace at the top half of the cup is delicate and feminine. The pictures don’t do the bra justice. The bra is great looking in a variety of colors. Even the practical cream colored bra is sexy. This bra doesn’t look or feel like a giant bra. Up to a size E the bra only has two rows of hooks. The three row of hooks on my size 38 F is still quite delicate looking.I suspect that the poor reviews come from either a difference in personal preference or from people who are wearing this bra in the wrong size. It is CRUCIAL THAT YOU BUY THIS BRA IN THE RIGHT SIZE! The fabric does not stretch in the cups and the sizing is European(there is no DDD). If the size is too small, the unique top seam unique to this bra will push down and give you the dreaded boob spill over or the “four boob effect” as I like to call it. ,It is a joy to feel and look pretty in a bra that is so supportive and comfortable. Before I found this bra I was resigned to the idea that at a 38 F with chronic neck pain, I would never be able to wear a pretty or sexy bra. I would cringe when my boyfriend would throw my bra around his head, the gigantic cups covering his ears like ear muffs for elephants and exclaim “Pilot to bombardier!” We both laughed but inside I felt embarrassed. I thought that if I wanted to be comfortable, I had to wear a bra that I didn’t want to be seen in. Even the Le Mystere bras (which do give great support) have cups that are embarrassingly enormous. The Le Mystere bras, my boss Oprah’s favorite, are close in price but relatively uncomfortable. [Just a note re: Le Mystere. They have recently switched to a different manufacturer for their most popular model Tisha and perhaps some or all of their models. The result is cheap hooks that bend and an oddly shaped padded cup that creates an unflattering silhouette].The Elomi Caitlyn is more expensive compared with some other brands. However, I have found the bra at deep discounts here at Amazon and other lingerie websites.

My name is Christine… I call this “The Christine Bra” It just is the bra that fits me in all the right ways. I went through a phase of weight gain and now dieting and so I own the bra in more than one band/cup combos within range of my “right bra fit” from gaining but found myself where I am in my weight loss right now that I do not own the band/cup I need. The fit was just too “off” and I needed to fix that. I found on my tag of the bra purchased in a store in the USA that all of the sizes for all the countries on the bra I had on all said the same number “38H” The band was too big and the cups were getting too big from my weight loss. The next bra I owned was “36G” I tried the bra and the 36 was good but the G cup on a 36 was too small. I did not go to a store to fit because i am familiar with this exact style bra and with wearing European large bust bras. It was obvious to me that I needed the 36H. When ordering on Amazon I was weary because of the conversion of US to UK sizing. The bra that I had on had the exact style number as this Amazon listing and the tag listed “38H” for every single country size! Which made no sense to me. I know UK is not the same as US! I saw on THIS LISTING that the seller had in the size listing choices to chose [band – cup – UK] or [band – cup – blank]. The listing SAYS THE SIZES ARE IN UK. I KNEW this bra in UK size would not be the H I had in my hand. I took the chance that maybe “36H UK” meant the UK size (which I think is equal to approx 36K in USA conversion) but that their listed “36H [blank next to it]” might be the US size called “36H” which is what I know is what I needed…. Ive never worn a K cup… I range in bras/manufacturers from F’s FF’s G’s and H’s depending over time little gains and losses to my weight…I gain 5 pounds and it all goes to my boobs (every non curvy woman’s dream??? LOL). After I ordered I reread the listing and was petrified I had made a mistake and ordered a 36H UK which was going to send me a way too big USA K cup bra….. WELLL… I tried on the bra… the “36H [blank]” not the “36H UK” was THE RIGHT BRA FOR USA CUP! My bra fits me perfectly like a glove in every place a bra is supposed to fit and lay. LOVE MY BRA!! I have a lot of under arm spread breast so this bra is a PERFECT style for me to pull that forward whereas other style underwire cups that don’t pull the breast forward will dig the underwire into my under arm breast. This bra lifts and shapes beautifully for a large busted and under arm breast spread shape. My breasts tend to be heavy and have more sag and are not naturally full at the top of the breast, this style cup lifts my shape of breast and fills out the cup to give my bust a lifted shape that does not fall out in the middle or bubble at the top. The morale of the story here is that the listing of sizes appears to be a US and a UK size which are completely different but the US size is not marked US next to it, and the UK says UK next to it. If this helps anyone to pick out which size they know they need but are not sure which one in the drop down list is what they are looking for.I will also mention that the shipping was incredible. I have prime for 2 day shipping but I chose 1 day shipping for $3 instead. I ordered the bra in the afternoon of one day and it was at my door mid morning the next day. BRAVO for a whole 3 bucks BRAVO!!!!!!! I will DEFINITELY be shopping this retailing for this “Christine Bra” as I need different size combo’s during my weight loss journey!!! THANKS!

When it arrived and I tried it on I was amazed how well it fit
I ordered a 40G which I thought was my size. When it arrived and I tried it on I was amazed how well it fit! My entire breast was encompassed by the cup, meaning, all the way out on the sides with no side spillage and all the way to my breastbone in the front. I always thought I was too big for âseparationâ, but this bra does it. Turns out that a 40G in the UK is a 40I American. Lol. So, Iâm going to try ordering American brands with a larger cup size. This is a beautiful and comfortable make nice bra. It is not a go to the gym bra. I highly recommend it.

The correct size helps
For years I sized myself according to directions published by all the big name US bra manufacturers. What a mistake! The bras were just not comfortable and just did not fit me well. After much research, I decided to size myself using the UK method. This method involves using the actual measurements of your rib cage for the band size and to determine the cup size. So my US 38DD became a UK 34G. What a difference! The center of the bra rests on my rib cage as it should. The bra band supports by breasts as it should rather than the straps. The straps don’t fall off my shoulders. There is no gap under my breasts. The is no spillage over the cup top. In other words, the bra fits me. I look like the model :)I truly do not understand why US manufacturers use the method they do. I’m sure this is why so many women can not find a bra to fit them. They are just ordering the wrong size. Can you imagine how poorly a 38DD would fit if a 34G fits well? Band too big and cups too small, yuk.As to the bra itself: it is wonderful. Comfortable, pretty, well-made and fits like a dream.

It is extremely comfortable if you have omega shaped breasts, and unlike the picture depicted, the gore tacks perfectly. The bra sit on the IMF no problem. The wires tend to be a bit wide and bendy but they actually did not poke my armpits, and I am short. However it does not give a good shape if you are wearing to impress anyone. If you want a perfect fit, go for it.

Great bra. Very well made and it supports the girls very nicely. I actually previously purchased this in a specialty store at a much higher price so this was definitely worth it when I found in on amazin at a fraction of the cost. I was worried that there may be a lack of quality since it was purchased online but not at all. If you know your size, well worth the purchase.
